can you handle re[aly]ty? :P

yeap.. havent updated for quite awhile. just got back fr Hong Kong yesterday, thus the title of my blog, overdose of the chinese. =P HK was goood, it was fun. full of chinese ppl thats for sure. even the shopping was not too bad. i loveee the weather there, cool breeze and all. i bought quite a few things there… my new black iPod Nano ( i wanted to get the 4GB green one cos it looked soo pretty! but decided with the 8GB black instead).. tops, shoes, flipflops, the new Sims holiday pack thingi (it costs me a bomb!! original k!), haha..a footbal (?), ermmm.. what else.. pillow covers and knitting wool(wtf???).. yea, jeans, handbags.. (oooh.. nadia loves my D&G one! =P), earings, perfumes, makeup, ermmm… just stuff basically. been travellin quite alot this yr. went to singapore earlier in the yr with dad and bought my prom dress, went to perth with the whole family for a week, then to Bangkok the following week with mom and her friends, and now, to HK. i even went to Sen Zhen in china for a lil shopping. was hoping to see the great wall of china, but to my dissapointment, it was all the way in BeiJing. will leave that for another trip. =) nadia’s lucky she didnt come along. there were rows and rows of restaurants and hawker stalls selling… u guessed it, PORK! hahaha.. roast pork, steamed pork, bbq pork… yuck! everything and anything to do with that ‘unhalal’ thing. and u know the saying abt chinese ppl, eating anything with 4 legs, its true! i didnt exactly see ppl eating dogs or monkeys, but there were some strange looking things hanging at the shop windows. =S i actually dont mind going back to HK during the winter there. all in all, it was a pretty good trip. would have loved to stay longer too… but alyna wanted to be back for her bday. anyway, a few shoutouts… happy 15th bday alyna!! and to ajay, happy belated 17th.. sorry couldnt make it for ur party. heard it was good though. cant wait for ching to be back fr perth on christmas day.. till next time.. happy hols ya all! colls out for the month.. woot! on to preps for jan exams… lalalala..
