What a Gay Day!
Sunday, April 24th, 2005Hey! well…. yeah. Yesterday was such a awesome day! The morning was a bit of a drag… had to go to mum’s stupid family day thing which was held at this police training facility area and they had all these ‘fun’ games in the large field under the HOT sun! but it was all okay i suppose… played a few games and won a few prizes… thats about it.
then at about 2.30, mom and dad dropped alyna and i off at bsc.. we were going to watch Life Sdn Bhd 3 with balqis, jennifer, akram, and anastasia. show started at about 3.15pm (suppose to start at sharp 3.00 but, u noe la.. malaysians. =P ). it started of really good… some of the actors did really serious monologs.. so awesome! Sue Lankester who was also in Man For All Seasons looked really pretty and she did this really cool monolog about family and friends and karma and stuff.. which was really touching! and then there was Patrick Teoh… salute him man! such an incredible actor.. so funny, so true! Nell Ng was sooo cute when she talked about her ‘first period’ … Fang Chyi has a GREAT voice… she sang ermm… this chinese song… cant remember the name but its quite a famous song… the rest of the cast were wonderful too… ooh.. and not forgettin GAvin Yap!!! such a hottie … =) hmmm… yeah. the show ended at about 5.30 and when everyone got up to leave.. akram said that alyna had slept thru almost half the show, and i was thinking.. ‘alyna wouldnt sleep thru such a fun and funny show’… so i was like… "shit man.. she’s hypo!!". so i took out her refelux meter and checked her.. turns out she was only 1.8. dammit… so called mom and dad and in the end, everything was ok. thank god man..
stayed around and chatted with Joe Hasham and Faridah Merican and Nala… they’re sooo nice! yeah.. then we went to have dinner at chillies and alyna told mom that she really wanted to watch Life 3 again since she missed half of it… so i said that the 8.30 show was the last show… we ended up buying 4 tix to watch Life 3 at 8.30 the very same day.. so, i watched the show twice. all in all.. it was good… really good! i would watch it again.. no prob! =)
i have come to a conclusion : the majority of the theatre actors are GAY! which is really cool… i think about 5 or 6 of them last night did a monolog on their love life and their partners… i was like.. wow! is this for real? true enough.. coolness. their all so open about it. really awesome! =)
well… anyway, thats it! that was my entire sunday gone.. spent in an open field and bsc..
aly —- out!
